  • Where's My Stuff?

    Most orders now ship from our facility in Portsmouth RI. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Orders are kitted to order and processing times vary. If you have questions or concerns around shipping and delivery times please contact us.

    Due to the high value of our products, FedEx insurance requires a signature on most packages. If your order value exceeds $500, please ship to an address where someone will be able to sign for the package.

  • Installation Instructions

    Looking for installation instructions for your Soundstage™ audio or Phantom™ subwoofer system? Installation instructions are posted in .pdf format under the Installation tab of your particular product. Go to Select Your Vehicle, navigate to your vehicle/product, and select the Installation tab in the middle of the page.

  • Warranty

    Integral Audio products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year.

    Bottom line: we stand behind our products. As long as a product wasn't abused or misused, we'll make it right. If you are experiencing trouble with any product you purchased from us, Contact Us and we'll get you fixed up.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Returns for refund or replacement must be made within 45 days of purchase. Returns must be in the original packaging and shipped via a trackable, insured method. Items must be in re-salable condition. Items not in re-salable condition will incur a restocking fee. Items returned or cancelled due to customer error or reconsideration may incur a restocking fee. Exchanges and replacement items are not subject to a restocking fee. Sales of Clearance, Open-Box, Discontinued or highly discounted items or unloaded subwoofer enclosures are Final unless marked otherwise. If you have a purchase you would like to return, Contact Us for an RMA and return shipping instructions.

    What brand of speakers do you use?

    We get this one all the time. That's a bit like asking BMW what brand of engines they use in their cars. The answer: their own. Do they make every part of those engines? No, or course not. They have dozens of suppliers that make them all to their exacting standards.
    That's exactly how we operate. If you're curious, that's how every major speaker brand on the planet operates. No one manufactures all their own speakers or components in-house. Our products are produced on the same manufacturing lines as many audiophile brands that are household names. And a little secret? Our specs and standards are higher.
